A better retrofit starts with the right vehicle information. Follow this process to reduce compatibility mistakes and make installation smoother.
1. Identify your factory system
Confirm the vehicle model, production year, market, factory screen, controller, and software or head-unit generation. Similar dashboards can use different electronics.
2. Choose the matching product
Use Shop by Vehicle and compare the full product title, supported years, factory-system notes, connectors, and included features. Contact us before ordering when any detail is unclear.
3. We process and route the order
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. We select a suitable warehouse based on product availability and destination, then send tracking after dispatch.
4. Install and test
Professional installation is recommended. Before final reassembly, test audio, original controls, cameras, microphones, steering-wheel buttons, wireless connection, and switching between the factory and upgraded interface.
5. Get support when needed
If something does not work as expected, stop and contact support@troncarplay.com. Include the order number, wiring photos, system details, and a short video of the issue so our team can troubleshoot accurately.
